The Lansing Police Department is looking for 14-year-old Levi Jamarri Jones. He is 5’1 and 130lbs. Family has reported Levi as a runaway. Levi was last seen on 08/03/26 at approximately 11:00pm in the 3300 block of Joni’s Circle. Levi was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt, grey hooded sweatshirt, and grey/black pants. He is known to frequent the area N Waverly Rd / N Grand River Ave and surrounding neighborhood. The Lansing Police Department is looking for 10-year-old Oliver Eastman. He is 4’5” and approximately 75lbs. Family has reported Oliver as a runaway. MISSING PERSON

The Lansing Police Department is looking for 25-year-old Octavious Allen Stanfill. He is 6’05” and 180lbs. Family has reported Octavious as missing. Octavious was reporting missing on July 18, 2026. He was last seen at the City of Lansing Rescue Mission, located at 415 W Kalamazoo St on 7/14/2026. Octavious is known to frequent the CATA bus station, Capitol Area Library, The Nest, and The Shuffle. Octavious is described to have short curly black hair, he has “MM” tattooed on the right side of his neck, and “Loyalty” tattooed on his left inner forearm. Octavious was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt and blue jeans with multi-colored rips in them and riding a black Hapali electric scooter. The Lansing Police Department is looking for 64-year-old Dwayne Harvey Kettlewell. He is 6’3” and 200 pounds. Family has reported Dwayne as missing. Dwayne was last heard from on July 12, 2026, at 11pm. Dwayne was supposed to be traveling to the Dearborn area on Monday July 13th, in a red 2010 Toyota Corolla, with a Mackinaw Bridge plate MI: N4606, and it is missing the back two hubcaps. The Lansing Police Department is looking for 52-year-old Michael Todd Witte. He is 5’11’, 200lbs, and has a grey mullet. He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and a red, white and blue cowboy hat. He was last seen leaving the 800 block of Chicago Ave at approximately 8am, on June 22, 2026, in a white 2009 Chevy Impala.
