This bipartisan Behavioral Health Transport legislation will ensure we provide the right care at the right time to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The proposal strengthens training for emergency staff and clearly defines the type of vehicle needed to provide safe, professional, and comfortable transportation for behavioral health patients.
