The Ashe Count Arts council is having a gallery craw downtown, West Jefferson. Lot’s of really nice stuff to see! Support local art and local music!!

Good morning! Beautiful morning in the mountains, nice and cool right now and warming up later. We still need rain but the garden likes sun too!

It finally rained! We have all been doing a happy dance!!

Come join us tonight and we will dance some more!! Bring your favorite instrument and join In the jam or just sit, visit and enjoy the live mountain music!! All are welcome!

Doesn’t cost anything and the coffee is free! Ice cream and drinks are available.

Also, our favorite Ashe County bluegrass band, Rock Bottom, will be performing at the backstreet concert series, it’s free and will be a great show!

Good morning all! Well, first it was cold, then it was warm, and now it’s cold again! It will warm up today but be colder tomorrow and in the 30’s Sunday morning! It’s Mother Nature’s roller coaster!

Good morning all! What a glorious day it is on the creek this morning. It’s warm and sunny, very dry still, hoping for rain next week. Have to get the garden in!!

Hi all! It’s warm and sunny! A beautiful day to get out and about!!

Please come join us tonight for our Friday music jam. The jam is open to all acoustic players. We try to keep the old time music alive! Come sing, dance and play!

Also, in town at the Civic Center the Ola Belle Reed song writers retreat will have a concert featuring the instructors, it’s sure to be a great show! Always support local live music when you can!
