Delta Township Fire Department is excited and proud to kick off our School Fire Safety Talk Program!

Our goal is to visit all 3rd-grade classrooms throughout the township each year to teach students the importance of fire safety and help them build the knowledge they need to stay safe.

Today, we kicked off our first fire safety presentation of the month, and we’re looking forward to reaching even more students in the weeks ahead!

A big thank you to our local schools and teachers for helping us spread this important message. Together, we’re building a safer community, one classroom at a time!

A special thank you to University of Michigan - Survival Flight, they were a huge hit and the crew was outstanding.
