Spots are still available for the 2026 East Michigan Cane Quest on October 10! At this event, students will be challenged to demonstrate fundamental orientation and mobility skills and travel techniques.

We enjoyed supporting this group! More than 100 people joined the Bridge Brigade for yesterday's Mackinac Bridge Labor Day Walk. Congrats to everyone who took on the five-mile challenge 🙌

We would like to welcome Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist Ather Jammoa to our team! Ather has worked as an AT instructor for several organizations in Michigan and has been a member of our AT team for several years. In his new position, he looks forward to working closer with teachers working with students who are blind/low vision as they prepare for college and beyond.

There is still time to sign up for our Goalball and Adaptive Sports Camp! In addition to doing team challenges and skill-building activities, participants will explore a variety of games and adaptive sports, including goalball.
