Registration is now open for our virtual summit, Civil Rights in the Age of Algorithms.

As artificial intelligence becomes more embedded in the decisions about employment, housing, and access to opportunity, it is critical that civil rights remain at the center of how these systems are designed and governed.

Join public sector leaders, community organizations, and technology professionals to explore how we can build systems that expand opportunity.

LEO has launched a new Youth Workers’ Rights Initiative, focused on preparing the next generation of workers with the knowledge and confidence they need to enter the workforce safely and successfully.

This initiative includes new resources to help young workers:
• Recognize unsafe or unlawful situations
• Understand their workplace rights and protections
• Know where to seek help and how to report concerns

With support from programs like Michigan Occupational Safety & Health Administration (MIOSHA) and the Wage and Hour Division, and in partnership with educators and community organizations, this effort is helping build a stronger, safer future workforce across Michigan.
