A collaborative non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to providing quality oversight of the

Charter public schools across Michigan provide high-quality educational opportunities for tens of thousands of school children and are accountable to students, families, communities and a critical group of oversight agencies known as the Michigan Authorizers. The Michigan Authorizers are responsible for issuing charter contracts to qualifying school boards, accountability and performance standards, and developing innovative ideas and best practices.
