FINANCIAL SYMPOSIUM - with virtual option available! Financial hazards don’t wait, and neither should you.
The 4th Annual Hybrid Financial Symposium is coming up on April 7, 0730–1200, at the Bob Jones Auditorium on Redstone Arsenal. This year’s theme, “Addressing Hazards to Your Wealth,” brings together experts who will help you diagnose, treat, and prevent the financial conditions that quietly erode long term stability. Attend the full morning or drop in for the sessions you need most.

A major highlight this year: a special briefing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
You’ll hear directly from Tom Manganello, senior counsel in the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Assistance, who spent a decade investigating violations for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. He’ll break down today’s most dangerous investment scams—imposter scams, Ponzi and pyramid schemes, military targeted fraud, and the surge in relationship based investment scams—and show you how to build immunity using free tools at Investor.gov.
Alongside the SEC session, the symposium features a powerful lineup:
• Chronic Financial Pain: Managing Long Term Financial Ailments (0805)
Explore the hidden symptoms of financial strain and learn evidence informed strategies to restore long term financial mobility with Olivia Pierce, LPC and Accredited Financial Counselor®, and the voice behind the award winning P$yFi podcast.
• Estate Planning Rounds
A rapid fire series of consults led by experienced estate planning attorneys:
• Emily L. Baggett, Attorney Advisor, AMCOM—part of a multi year award winning legal assistance team
• Christine S. K. West, Chief of award-winning Client Services, Redstone Arsenal OSJA
Topics include:
– Till Debt Do Us Part (0900)
– Passing, Property, and Payouts—A Mortgage Post Mortem (1030)
– Grave Consequences (1115)
• Fraud Pathology: Identifying Toxic Investment Threats (0930)
Featuring the Securities and Exchange Commission—a must attend for anyone who wants to protect their assets from fast moving financial threats.
• Army Emergency Relief—Rapid Response, Enhancing Lives (1100)
When essential needs break down—boots, brakes, or budgets—Army Emergency Relief is often the first responder. CPT Jeremiah C. Graham, HHC Commander, will share national and local data.
Whether you’re looking to ease chronic financial pain, prepare your estate, or protect yourself from fraud, this symposium delivers practical, high impact guidance you can use immediately.
Registration is now open—reserve your seat and safeguard your financial health. https://forms.osi.apps.mil/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=D9fm-kuVEUiStgUw1vhMQxiSj6kdb7VFuypvxD6aMJlUNUpGQ09IVTg1NzVVQ1dIR1BYT1NDNTFSVC4u
