Lansdale is creating a five-year strategic plan to strengthen and revitalize downtown Lansdale and we want your ideas, perspectives and priorities to help guide the way!

Community meetings will be held in September and October to develop strategies, goals, projects and programs focused on five key areas. This is your opportunity to share what you value about downtown, what you’d like to see improve and what you believe will help Lansdale’s downtown thrive.

Space is limited. Each session is limited to eight participants to keep the conversation focused and productive so please sign up only for the sessions you are available to attend and limit the number of meetings you join so others have an opportunity to participate and provide feedback. Popular sessions will have a waitlist, so if your preferred session is full, please add your name to the list.

Beginning the week of August 31, crews will apply a temporary paving layer to North Cannon Avenue between West Fifth and West Eighth Streets, weather permitting.

Temporary parking restrictions and lane closures will be in place and driveway access may be briefly interrupted. Please follow posted signs and crew directions and use extra caution around the work zone.

This is an interim resurfacing measure while remaining utility, concrete and permanent paving work is completed. Additional utility work is planned for later this year or early next year, followed by ADA accessibility improvements and a full mill and repave.
