In response to the attacks, REALTORS® founded and funded the REALTORS® Relief Foundation to provide housing assistance to victims’ families. And 25 years later, REALTORS® are still finding ways to help those in need. That’s what being a REALTOR® means to me: showing up for communities when it matters most

REALTORS® Relief Foundation was created by the National Association of REALTORS® to support those in need after 9/11. Twenty-five years later, the foundation continues its mission.

Mortgage Rates Average 6.76%

30-year FRM: 6.76%, up from 6.71% ~ Last year: 6.35%
15-year FRM: 6.09%, up from 6.04% ~ Last year: 5.50%

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 6.76% this week. Aspiring buyers should remember shopping around for the best mortgage rate and getting multiple quotes can potentially save them thousands.
