It's March which means it's nearly spring which means it's nearly time for the 2020 Trail's End Resort season. Thank you to all our returning guests, loyal to us for so many years--all the dedicated fishermen, three generation families, bird-watchers, hikers, swimmers...you bring out the best in the North Woods. Thanks to all our friends and family for another great season at Trail's End. It seems as though we were just walking on the iced over lake in May, and now October is upon us. Our last guests saw good fishing in the lakes and good hiking on the Nature Preserve trails to usher in the transition of the season. Happy Fall! (Cover photo credit to Tom McDermott.)

What a difference ten days make! Ice didn't go out until May 5 but the walleye were hardy as were our first guests!
