Found dogs: 2 female mix breed dogs (possibly pit). They were found 5/23/2026 around 8:30pm on the 1000 block of Willow Street Pike. No collars or microchips. If you have info that can help reunite them with their owner please contact the Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center.

We are so grateful for the support of our community and beyond. As part of Police Appreciation Week we received many delicious deliveries. Mission Church PA brought in a huge breakfast spread for our department and the entire township staff, 911 Communications Division Lancaster County Department of Public Safety delivered large trays of tasty sweet treats and our very own West Lampeter Township Public Works Supervisor spoiled our officers with boxes of assorted Achenbach's Long Johns. Thanks to all for the kindness and support.

*Update: owner has been located*
2 male dogs (possibly Yorkies) found around 5:30pm walking on the sidewalk in front of the Millport Turkey Hill (1561 Millport Rd). Both friendly and believed to belong to the same owner. One dog had no collar, tags or chip. The other dog had a loose fitting shock collar with no battery, no tags or chip. Both taken to the Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster.
