ROAD CLOSURE: AMANDA TOWNSHIP - EXTENSION

The Fairfield County Engineer’s Office is announcing that the following road will be closed for the dates listed below:

Cedar Hill Road SW (CR 6) will be closed from Monday, August 10, 2026, through Friday, September 11, 2026. This closure will take place on Cedar Hill Road SW between Royalton Road SW and
Marcy Road SW.

Construction will take place between the addresses of 445 and 343 Cedar Hill Road SE.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ROAD CLOSURE: PLEASANT TOWNSHIP

The Fairfield County Engineer’s Office is announcing that the following road will be closed for the dates listed below:

Sheridan Drive (CR 56) will be closed on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The closure will be on Sheridan Drive between Beechwood Dr NE and Rainbow Drive NE. Construction will take place between the intersection of Beechwood Dr NE and 1850 Sheridan Drive.

Reason for Closure: CASTO Development is constructing a development within the City of Lancaster (Ewing Woods Subdivision) along the frontage of Sheridan Drive. Constructing these additional lanes will require closing Sheridan Drive for approximately 60 days. Access to homeowners' driveways within the closure area will be maintained.

*Access to Beechwood DR NE will be available from Sheridan Drive.
