Big crane. Big upgrades. Big “what is happening over there?” energy. 😂
Don’t worry, the crane is here to install a new elevator in our building!

It's crane day! 🏗️ We are craning in brand-new equipment to modernize our elevator system. Big shout out to Fujitec and All Crane for taking on this project for us.

While it's pretty cool to watch a crane lift machinery onto our roof, the real excitement is what this means for you: a faster, smoother, and more reliable ride the next time you visit.

We're always look for ways to better serve our clients, even if it means taking things to new heights!

We are beyond excited and grateful to announce that inspiHER has been awarded a $10,000 grant from AEP Ohio! 💜⚡️

A heartfelt thank you to AEP Ohio for believing in our mission and investing in girls across Appalachian Ohio. Your support will help us continue building confidence, leadership, resilience, and opportunity for the next generation.

Special thanks to Melissa Clark and Brandy Marshall of AEP for your continued encouragement and support over the years. We are so appreciative of your belief in what inspiHER is doing throughout our region.

What made this moment even more meaningful was that the check presentation took place at The Ale House 1890. — the very location where we held our FIRST inspiHER meeting back in 2018. 💫

From one small meeting with a big dream… to now celebrating our FIFTH year of retreats and leadership programming across Appalachian Ohio. It was truly a special night and a full-circle moment for our organization.

Our goal is to continue expanding into additional counties and regions across Appalachian Ohio so we can impact even more girls through leadership and mentorship opportunities.

The check was presented by Brandy Marshall of AEP Ohio and accepted by Jodi Ranegar, Founder of inspiHER Girls Leadership Foundation, alongside Jennifer Blackstone, inspiHER Board President, and Jen Sherman, inspiHER Board Member.
