Our brains love a good challenge! When we use our brains, we help keep them healthy. This can even lower the risk of problems like memory loss or trouble thinking clearly.

One easy way to challenge your brain is by doing fun puzzles, like sudoku, word searches, or word scrambles.

Speaking of which, here are the answers for the word scramble above:

iarbn masge = brain games
rexecesi = exercise
zlisoicngai = socializing

If you are planning on outdoor cooking this Memorial Day weekend, take a second to familiarize yourself with these safety fundamentals to keep you and your guests safe. Most grilling accidents are completely preventable when you follow proven safety practices.

1. Position your grill 10+ feet from your house, deck railings, trees, and outdoor furniture.
2. Check for dents, rust, or damage before connecting your propane tank.
3. Ensure grill gates are secure and free from excessive buildup.
4. Empty and clean your drip tray to prevent grease fires.
5. Keep children and pets at least three feet away from the grill area.
