USCL students & employees can stream high quality videos (including TV and feature-length films!) for educational or personal use by visiting Kanopy, now accessible through our A-Z List of Electronic Resources or by visiting https://usclancaster.kanopy.com.

1: Midday Pause, a gentle movement & meditation workshop led by the amazing Sabina Fernandez. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed, and this workshop is adaptable for a diverse range of abilities. Join us Monday, September 28 from 12:10 PM - 1:00 PM.
