JCP&L has a planned power outage on Friday, March 13th for customers in the vicinity of Alexander Avenue. There is an expected service interruption from approximately 8.30 AM to 3 PM. In the event of an emergency or inclement weather, the planned outage will be rescheduled for Monday, March 16th. Affected streets include: Delaware Rd, Perry Rd, Jefferson Rd, Rosemont Ave, Alexander Ave, Jean St, Holcombe Way, McDowell Dr, Heath Ct, Sergeant Drive, and Titus Rd. THURSDAY SNOW REMOVAL: Crews will also be working to clear snow mounds on North Union (between York St and Cherry St) and any snow mounds on the cross streets. You can help facilitate this work - the equipment cannot scoop the snow when vehicles are parked close to the piles. Please allow space on either side so that the snow can be removed. If you are home and able to move your car when the operators reach your street, please do so.

Wilson Street will also be cleared Thursday morning.
