MISSOURI'S AUGUST 4 PRIMARY IS NOT ONE TO SKIP.

Four constitutional amendments will be DECIDED BY THE VOTERS WHO SHOW UP — and in low-turnout elections, that can be a very small share of Missourians.

On the ballot:

✅ Amendment 1 — parks and soil/water sales tax renewal
✅ Amendment 2 — county assessor requirement
✅ Amendment 4 — changes to Missouri’s initiative petition process
✅ Amendment 5 — income tax phase-out and expanded sales/use tax authority
