This year our 6th graders brought culture, creativity, and collaboration to life by creating their very own piñatas in Spanish class! 🎉🪅
Through this hands-on project, students explored traditions from Spanish-speaking cultures while demonstrating key IB learner profile traits such as being open-minded, communicators, and risk-takers. From designing to problem solving, they worked together to turn simple materials into meaningful creations.
We are so proud of the creativity, teamwork, and cultural appreciation our students showed throughout this experience. ¡Buen trabajo, 6th grade!

Please welcome Ms. Megan Klene to the Patterson Staff! Ms. Klene will be our 5th grade teacher next year. She is currently a student teacher at Creekside Elementary in Boulder Valley and will graduate from CU Boulder this May. We are very excited to have her join the Patterson Community!
