The Starr Center is an Adult Day Program that focuses on continuous learning in an enjoyable environment with outstanding care to participants and their families. At the Starr Center, there's opportunity for everyone to reach for their highest potential, maintaining dignity and gain independence to direct their own lives.

- Skill Building Activities (i.e. cooking skills, gardening, reading, etc.)
- Community Integration (i.e. educational field trips, recreational outings, life skills outings, etc.)
- Work readiness training (volunteer activities at the ARC, The Action Center, SRC, etc.)
- Leisure and Therapeutic Activities (Arts, swimming , picnics, etc.)
