The Doreen Funderburk Customer Assistance Program (DFCAP) helps eligible Lakewood Water District customers experiencing temporary financial hardship with their water bill.

💧 DFCAP may be able to help if you are:
• Experiencing temporary financial hardship
• Facing unexpected expenses
• A senior living on a limited income
• Working to avoid a service interruption
• A customer with a disability
