Lakeville residents are invited to apply to serve as Election Judges for the upcoming election. Election Judges help ensure a smooth and secure voting process by assisting voters, setting up equipment, managing ballots, and supporting poll operations throughout the day.

Both adults and eligible high‑school students (ages 16+) are encouraged to participate. Training is provided, and all positions are paid.

What should Lakeville look like in 2050? The City of Lakeville is beginning work on its 2050 Comprehensive Plan, a long-range plan that helps guide decisions about how the city grows and changes overtime. The plan will look at important topics that affect daily life, including neighborhoods, housing, business development, roads, transportation, utilities and future land use.

Community input is a key part of this process. We want to hear what residents value about Lakeville today—and what they hope to see in the years ahead.

The 2050 Comprehensive Plan map and survey will be available for community input through September 11, 2026. Please note that your input will only be reviewed when submitted through our Comprehensive Plan website. Comments shared on social media will not be included in the review process.
