IMPORTANT CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT: EARLY GOOSE SEASON

Starting Saturday, Sept 5 the early goose season begins and you’ll hear gunshots, so please don’t be alarmed.

Old Field Beach and Fox Island will be closed daily from sunrise until 10 AM from Sept 5 to Sept 13 for early goose hunting (excluding Old Field on Sept 12 due to the Pickleball Tournament)

We kindly ask that you stay out of the designated areas and do not attempt to go around the barricades.

📢 Updates about upcoming fundraisers and events from our friends group ILDC, OH ‼️

The 2026 Music and Entertainment Schedule for the INDIAN LAKE OHIO FALL FESTIVAL, to be held FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th – 27th.

Ohio's greatest outdoor vendor festival held at INDIAN LAKE STATE PARK CAMPGROUNDS has One hundred-fifty (150) combined vendors. Featuring Craft Vendors, Food Vendors, Farmers Market Vendors, and various Indian Lake area non-profit and volunteer organizations. Entertainment Tent with Live Music every day and Seed Sowers puppet shows on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you to our 2026 Entertainment Sponsors: Bud's Marine Pontoonland, Choice Properties Real Estate, Golf Cart World LLC,
The Cantina at La Playa, The Donut Shop and Bakery on the Lake, Huffman Sales & Services, Hurley Farms, Indian Lake Brewing Company, Patties Place, RV Wholesalers, Shoreline Marine Construction, and Quest Federal Credit Union. The Fall Festival is jointly Hosted by Indian Lake Development Corporation (ILDC) & Indian Lake State Park.

🎟️ The 2026 event will feature our traditional festival-wide 50/50 raffle; and a Memorial Raffle Honoring the life of Indian Lake Middle School student Shawn Humphrey who passed away in January. 🏀 The ILDC will raffle two (2) tickets to the Ohio Invitational Basketball Games featuring a doubleheader between Cincinnati Bearcats vs Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Dayton Flyers vs Xavier Musketeers. The Ohio Invitational Games will be played at the Cincinnati Lindner Tennis Center in October. The Basketball Raffle seats are located in the 200 level of the Center Court Stadium; if inclement weather the games will be moved to the University of Dayton Arena.
The Memorial Raffle will be in Loving Memory of Shawn Humphrey’s hobbies of playing and fishing at Blackhawk Marina. 🎣 All profits from the Memorial Raffle will go to improvements at Blackhawk Marina, and related Indian Lake area development projects. The ILDC and Indian Lake State Park will utilize these events to help raise awareness for mental health needs and su***de prevention.
Basketball Tickets and Mental Health Awareness Materials are donated by CareSource Health Care Company. Details of raffle ticket sales coming soon!

Can you spare a few hours during the fall festival to help us park cars? Join an awesome crew and we guarantee you’ll have a lot of fun!! The key club usually helps and since the homecoming dance is Sat night we are anticipating needing help filling slots they typically fill!! Shifts needed are:
Fri 9/25 4-7 pm
Sat 9/26 9-12 pm and 12-3 pm
Sun 9/27 9-12 pm and 12-3 pm

CLOSURE NOTICE - The bike path near Lakeview Harbor has fencing up for the special event this weekend. The Lakeview Harbor boat ramp, courtesy docks, restroom, and the race track portion of the south side of the open zone will be closed starting on Friday Aug 21 through Monday Aug 24 for a special event. The Sandy Beach Hydro Regatta will be taking place along the south bank of Indian Lake. Boats watching from the water will need to stay out of the exclusion zone, which will be marked with buoys.
