Notice to the residents effected by the Sanitary Sewer Overflow in Clearlake on or around Robin Lane, Potable water and shower resources are available at the Southeast Treatment at 2485 Old HWY 53 and will be maintained from 5am-8pm, but still available outside of the maned hours . If you're in need of potable water for you or your animals please contact our office at 707-263-0119 to have water delivered. Our hearts go out to the residents effected by this sewer overflow. Thank you Highlands Water for providing the Free public Water Fill Station. Addition resources will be provided by Red Cross and will be available at the Treatment Plant. It's been one of those Fridays!!

Our crew finished up repairing a water main break in Spring Valley this morning, got everything buttoned up and the water back on, and wouldn't you know it, another leak popped up right down the road!

Thanks to the crew for working hard and getting things back in order as quick as possible.

TEAMWORK!!

There is a Boil Water Notice in place for the area near Fern Way, affecting approximately 29 customers.

Attention Spring Valley Customers!

The staff is out working on an emergency water main line repair near Acacia and Indian Hill within CSA #2 Spring Valley Water service area. Some customers in the area will experience low water pressure and/or no water while the repairs are being made.

There may be a Boil Water Notice to follow and if your address is within the affected you will receive a Boil Water Notice at your door/gate.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We hope to get the issue resolved as quick as possible.

Dear CSA #21 North Lakeport Water Customers,

We are asking for your help in flushing the water system. While the color does look unpleasant, it is not a health concern, and the water still meets state-required safety standards. However, to assist with improving the water quality, please take a few minutes to flush your private lines by running your outside spigots or indoor faucets until the water runs clear. This process will help us move fresh water through the system more quickly.

How to flush your private lines:

- Turn on all sink and bathtub faucets and let it run for several minutes until they are clear.
- Turn on hot water to help flush your hot water heater and hot water lines
- Once you see clear water, run an empty load in your washing machine and dishwasher to ensure your appliances are flushed
- If you have an icemaker, run the water on the refrigerator until it is clear and then once the water runs clear, dump out the existing ice.

As a thank you for your cooperation, each customer in the North Lakeport Service Area will receive $5 credit on their next bill.

We appreciate your patience and teamwork as we work to keep your water system clean and reliable.
