Big Valley Rancheria made history by being the first Tribal Community to successfully receive the Ca HOME KEY Grant. They applied for the grant back in 2020 and saw their hard work and preserver to be able to give 15 families keys to their new apartments. This also BVR's first housing in the City of Lakeport. I was so happy to witness the historical moment surrounded by all of the people who made it happen.
