If you know anyone needing CEU's, we're hosting a Water Production class here in Lakeport at the Elderville-Lakeport VFD. We need at least 10 participants in order for this class to take place though. So share away with anyone you know who might or could use the course for their Water license.

**UPDATE @ 1:50p

Repair is complete, crew is now flushing fire hydrants to push air & debris out. It may take 30-45 mins for the lines to pressure up. Please continue to bear with us.

Once water is flowing, and you are having air and/or debris, I suggest turning on your outside faucet for 5-10 mins to help pull the fresh water through.

UPDATE
We have now identified the issue, contractors hit our 12" water line on the corner of Jones Rd and Borders Rd. This will affect a wide area from Lakeport to Easton, down Hwy 149 and FM 349 east of Hwy 322. An emergency Tx811 ticket was called in, so please be patient with us. Our crew is working hard to isolate the line in order to repair it but I do not have an estimated repair time yet.
