Dear Lakehurst Homes Residents –

The last year has gone by fast, and its time already for the 2026 annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey. The survey opens on 02 March (next Monday) and ends on 01 May 2026. Soon, you will receive an email to take this survey. Please be advised, only one survey per household is permitted. By completing the 2026 Navy Tenant Satisfaction Survey, you’ll provide highly valuable feedback on the quality, condition, and management of your Navy housing. As previously mentioned, starting on 2 March, look for an invite sent to your personal email, or use the QR code in the attached file. This survey is administered by an independent third-party contractor, ensuring that your responses remain completely confidential.

**Your input will play a crucial role in helping the Navy improve housing for all service members. Please be sure to check your spam folders in the event it’s not in your email in-Box, or use the QR code provided after 02 March.

Leadership and development Navy style ⚓️🫡 ⚓️!!!

Today, we celebrate a unique moment in joint force history as Airman and Soldier brothers and sisters-in-arms take part in the Chief's Initiation process on NAS Lakehurst.

Over 6-weeks, Class 132 students are challenged mentally, physically and emotionally. This journey isn't just being awarded the next rank, but embracing the responsibility, humility and resilience that define a senior enlisted leader.

Upon completion, in addition to earning the U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer (E-7) lapel pin and cover, all graduates will be piped 🪈 aboard, earning the title ‘Navy Chiefs for life’ and have access to any Chief’s Mess around the world 🌎

This is a tradition rich in leadership, mentorship and transformation. No matter the uniform, the commitment to excellence and service before self unites us all 🇺🇸!

We’re excited to announce that starting Tuesday, July 22, the Latin Bites Food Truck will be serving up delicious eats EVERY Tuesday from 1100 – 1600 right here on base! 🌯
