La Chia Vegana is a vibrant Latin Vegan Cafe rooted in culture, community, and conscious living. Founded by Jennifer Rosa, their mission is to show that plant-based food can feel entirely familiar, deeply flavorful, and connected to tradition.

Hell’s Kitchen & Chopped: Castaways Chef Hannah Flora Takes Over Pomona for One Night Only

LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL — On Friday, June 13th, Pomona Kitchen & Cocktails will welcome nationally recognized chef Hannah Flora for an exclusive one-night-only culinary takeover.

Known for her appearances on both Hell’s Kitchen and Chopped: Castaways, Chef Flora will bring her signature creativity and bold culinary perspective to Downtown Lake Worth Beach for an intimate evening featuring a specially curated four-course tasting menu and guest meet-and-greet.

The event marks a rare opportunity for South Florida diners to experience Chef Flora’s cuisine outside of television, as she transforms Pomona’s kitchen for a single evening of storytelling through food.

“Hannah’s approach to food is inventive, personal, and unforgettable,” said Alexandra Dupuis, owner of Pomona. “We’re thrilled to hand over our kitchen for one night and give our guests the chance to experience her cuisine up close.”
