SCAM ALERT! The City of Lake Shore has been alerted to fraudulent messages circulating requesting money for application fees to be sent to the City of Lake Shore by wire transfer.

The City of Lake Shore will NEVER request payments for City transactions by wire transfer.

2025 YOUTH BOAT SAFETY CLASSES AGES 12-17

The classes will take place on Tuesdays, June 17th, June 24th and July 17th. Check in 8:30am at the Gull Lake Yacht Club (19696 Love Lake Rd) and classes start at 9am. RSVP with Mary Kay Larson at 218-831-5656.

25 students per class so sign up soon! All participants will receive hands on experience, lunch, a life jacket courtesy of GCOLA and a boating operator permit. Class will conclude at 1pm and is free of charge.

Thank you donors and volunteers of the 2025 Lake Shore Easter egg hunt that was held at Fritz Loven Park on Saturday, April 19th. We couldn't do it without you! We had a lot of fun searching for 5500 eggs stuffed with goodies. Congratulations to the three who found the winning tickets for the golden eggs. We are already looking forward to next year!
