April 4 – Eleven inches fresh snow overnight, and still snowing at 8AM. We are re-opening today at 11AM for XC skiing and snowshoeing. Our area is currently under a winter storm warning until 6AM Friday, so be aware of road conditions if you are traveling today. We are rolling trails this morning, if everything goes well we expect to open most green and blue rated trail sections and may set classic track in the afternoon. Check for later updates. We recommend classic skiing, with wider skis. Fresh snow may be sticky, we recommend MaxiGlide or equivalent. Be prepared for some wet spots on trails. Fantastic winter scenery! We expect to be open today, Friday and Saturday. No food service. End of season equipment sale extended through Saturday.
