Lakeside Warriors – Bringing The Wall Home 🇺🇸

For months, Lakeside Warriors have been grinding — phone calls, paperwork, logistics, late nights — to get everything finalized.

We didn’t do it for us. We did it for YOU. For the Lake of the Ozarks community.

The Global War on Terror Traveling Wall is coming so our local veterans, patriots, and families can walk it, touch it, and see the names of their brothers and sisters who laid down their lives in the war on terror. This is about healing. This is about remembering. This is about no one being forgotten.

We’ve said it many times and we’ll say it again: Thank you to the local businesses and individuals who stepped up, sponsored, and helped secure the Wall. Your support is what made this possible for the community. We see you. We’re grateful. Your names will be honored alongside this mission.

Because this Wall belongs to the community, the community deserves to know who stood up for it. We’ll be posting a full list of our sponsors and supporters so everyone can see who chose to honor our heroes.

Mark your calendars comrades and patriots. 25th anniversary of 9/11 and we will be welcoming the GWOT wall of remembrance to the Lake of the Ozarks. Es**rts steps off at 1000 sharp across from neon taco on the strip Friday Sept 11, we will respectfully move the wall to Hyvee in Osage Beach to be set up for display 24 hours a day till Sunday the 13th.

Exciting news 🗞️, tomorrow afternoon the LakeSide Warriors MO will be joining the IL chapter and a few other veterans and organizations to ruck for veterans su***de awareness in Bethalto IL!! We will be stepping off around 1300 tomorrow and will ruck about 4 miles. The LakeSide Warriors IL crew will have their humvee as well to follow behind blaring nothing but AMERICAN classics 🎵! If any veterans are in the area and would like to join please reach out for rally point, wear your gear and bring your flags 🇺🇸. Rumor has it the media will be there too 😃 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🦅

Hey friends, big update on a huge event coming to Lake of the Ozarks! 🌟 The Global War on Terror Memorial Wall is coming to our area on September 11, 2026, and we're gearing up for a memorable tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. As part of the Lakeside Warriors, we've been working hard for 7 months to make this event unforgettable.

The wall will be staged on the strip across from NeonTaco (Reese development parking lot) starting at 8 AM, followed by an es**rt to Hy-Vee in Osage Beach, MO at 10am. We'll have guest speakers, vendors, and more. The wall will be available 24/7 from Friday to Sunday.

A huge thank you to our generous donors who've helped make this possible, but we still need more support to cover costs. If you'd like to donate or get involved, donations can be sent directly to the curators or Venmo to the curators. We can personally pick up donations as well so please reach out to us!

We're also inviting everyone to join the es**rt with your signs, wrapped vehicles, or whatever you'd like to show your support. Military vehicles and aircraft, police, fire, bikes, jeeps, hot rods, JROTC will be presenting colors during anthem, and more will be there. Let's make this a memorable tribute. 🙏

Event details:
- Staging: Lake of the Ozarks strip across from Neon Taco (8 AM - 10 AM)
- Es**rt to: Hy-Vee, Osage Beach, MO
- Wall available: 24/7 Friday - Sunday
- Vendors and booths at Hy-Vee parking lot on Friday and Saturday along with static displays and military equipment
- Special guest speakers Friday afternoon
- Invocation and national anthem performed before es**rt takes off

It’s coming soon! Sept 11-13 we will be hosting the global war on terror traveling memorial wall here at the lake. The wall displays all the names of the service men and women who laid down their lives. It also displays the hero’s within the police and fire departments who lost their lives on 9/11! This will be the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and LakeSide Warriors will be staging on the strip across from neon taco Friday at 0900 to stage the es**rt (all is welcome) where there will be invocation and national anthem. At 1000 we will step off and respectfully es**rt the wall to Hyvee in Osage beach where it will be set up and on display 24h till Sunday. All local PD and fire along w state and county will be helping as well. There will be tents and vendors along w military static display on site. There will be special guest speakers as well! Any and all are welcome to attend both the es**rt and the wall set up as we will need strong folks to help. We are also still looking for donors to help cover the remaining balance to get the wall here. Thank you and let’s have a great summer and wind it down with a tribute to our nations hero’s!
