My lift failed for my 2001 Sea Ray 290 Bow Rider a couple weeks ago. A leak in a tube led to some damage to part of the frame. My mechanic hasn't found the correct parts to repair it out there.
I'm basically looking for a frame for a poly tube style lift, 12 ft wide, v-bottom, 10k pounds or more). The frame needs to be solid (rough water and not rusted, cracked, or previosly welded) as the boat is 7,300 pounds dry weight and is parked on the main channel in somewhat rough water.
My other option is a reasonably priced used replacement lift (i don't really have to have the controls, as I have a new First Mate remote).
Let me know if you think of any options or know of anyone.
