The paramount goal of all our services is to provide the training and supports necessary to assist each individual achieve their maximum level of autonomy and empowerment within their chosen jobs/careers and communities. It is anticipated after the completion of skill

s building, interpersonal skills training, safety skills, and career planning each individual will be able to complete a detailed resume highlighting their skills and employment abilities allowing them greater opportunities for marketability and self confidence, independence, and ultimately obtain the job of their choosing within the community.
