***Dollar General Update***
The land use application for the proposed Dollar General on S County Road P in Lake Nebagamon is currently still in the permitting process. The following agendas notice when the topic will be next addressed.
Board of Appeals will meet to discuss the recommendation from the zoning commission and variance application from the applicant to allow for 26 parking spaces rather than required by ordinance 46 spots. State Statute requires that the Board of Appeal forms decisions for variances, not the zoning commission.
The Zoning Commission meeting will follow with the topic on their agenda. They are awaiting proof of approved DNR permits for stormwater management before land use approval is given. We do not have a guarantee that those permits will be recevied by this date. Approval will not be given without them.
Lastly, a certified survey map for the division of the parcel has also been reviewed and our office is awaiting the final copy for signature.
