Ross has spent decades serving Lake Lillian as a firefighter, Fire Chief, EMT, City Council member, and Mayor. Beyond those roles, he’s known as a dependable friend, devoted family man, and someone always willing to help others.

His dedication, leadership, and commitment to the community have made a lasting impact on countless lives.

Another home town hero!! Thank you so much Marlene for all of your years of service 🚒🚑❤️

For more than 40 years, Marlene Wittman has been a dedicated servant to the Lake Lillian community. ❤️🚒🚑

Whether responding to fires, medical emergencies or late-night calls, Marlene was always there when her community needed her most.

After serving 30 years with the Lake Lillian Fire Department and 44 years with the Lake Lillian Ambulance Service, her legacy of compassion and service continues to inspire others.

The West Central Tribune is proud to recognize Marlene Wittman as one of our “Heroes Among Us.” ❤️
