Lake Hughes Road is a 25 mile canyon drive that begins off of Interstate 5 in Castaic, California and winds you north east through The Angeles National Forest. Many commuters from the Antelope Valley along with Lake Community residents access this road regularly. It is a truly beautiful drive but also consists of many hazards. Rock slides and an array of animals occupy the road almost daily. I started this page for a place to share experiences and to alert each other of the road ahead!
