Servant leadership. 5 individuals lead their squads at our Explorer academy. 5 individuals also came together as a team to serve their fellow academy members at meal time. As we prepped to serve each meal we discussed what it means to be a servant leader. Leading by example rather than just demanding others do what you say. “Oh, cool” was their response. Well done!

Today we competed in the drug raid, SWAT fitness, 5 man HRT, Virtra simulator, tactical manhunt & officer down event’s. These young people are doing great!! For many of them it is their first time competing in anything like this. Go Post 93!!
