UPDATE - State Route 95 is now open.

The Lake Havasu City Police Department would like to notify the community that southbound State Route 95 is currently closed at McCulloch Blvd. S. due to a fatal traffic collision near Mile Post 174. Access to State Route 95 from Sara Park Road is also closed at this time. The roadway is expected to remain closed for several hours while the investigation is conducted. Motorists are encouraged to adjust their travel plans and seek alternate routes.

World Elder Abuse Awareness Day shines a light on the mistreatment, neglect, and exploitation that millions of older adults experience each year. By raising awareness, we can help protect the dignity, safety, and well-being of our seniors and strengthen support within our community.

The Lake Havasu City Police Department's Daily Arrest Bulletin is now available on the City website and will be updated daily at 6:00 a.m.

As the final stages of the CAD and RMS transition near completion, the re-launch of the Daily Arrest Bulletin provides the community with timely access to recent arrest information and enhances transparency.

As part of our Next Move Arizona statewide listening tour, we're hosting a virtual public meeting to hear about your transportation challenges and needs.

The session will feature remarks by ADOT Director Jennifer Toth, followed by an interactive session to gather feedback on transportation issues and priorities and a demonstration of an online mapping tool to provide location-specific comments.

“We have visited locations around the state with a goal of strengthening the connection between our transportation system and the communities it serves,” Toth said. “This interactive virtual session is a chance for us to hear from those we may not get to see in person.”

Can’t make the meeting? You can still participate anytime through the online survey and commenting on an interactive map.

The Next Move Arizona listening tour launched in late 2025 and is scheduled to continue through July. To date, the tour has included approximately 60 in-person listening sessions throughout the state with cities and towns, tribal nations, regional planning organizations and community organizations, as well as Next Move Arizona booths at 14 community events.

⚾💡 Improvements Underway at Rotary Community Park Fields! 💡⚾

Lake Havasu City is upgrading Fields 1, 2, and 3 at Rotary Community Park to enhance the experience for residents and visitors who use the park throughout the year.

The project includes installing new LED lighting and replacing backstops on the fields to enhance safety, functionality, and the long-term quality of the facilities. These upgrades reflect the City's ongoing investment in recreational amenities that serve people of all ages.
