🎃👻 The Lake George Halloween Block Party is BACK TODAY! 👻🎃

Join the Lake George Youth Commission — with special help from the Town and Village of Lake George — for a spooktacular night of family fun on Sunday, October 26th from 4–9 PM!

✨ Here’s what’s brewing:

🧙‍♀️ 4:00 PM – The magic begins with a bewitching performance by the GEM Theater Witches!

🎨 Afterward, kids head to Lake George High School for games, snacks & pumpkin decorating before the big parade!

🎺 5:00 PM – The Halloween Parade kicks off! Featuring fire trucks, a drumline, a stilt walker, and more! Costumes are highly encouraged! 👹🎭

🚗🍬 Trunk or Treat!
Bring your candy buckets and stop by for Trunk or Treat fun thanks to the generous support of our amazing community partners:
Adirondack Extreme, F.W. Webb, Jack Hall Plumbing & Heating, Lake George American Legion, Lake George Caldwell Library, Lake George Chamber of Commerce, Lake George EMS, Lake George Expedition Park, Lake George Ladies Auxiliary, Lake George Seniors, Lake George Volunteer Fire Department, Price Chopper, Lake George Beach Club and Stewart’s Shops!

NOTICE TOWN OF LAKE GEORGE FALL CLEAN-UP

OCTOBER 20, 2025-NOVEMBER 24, 2025

There will be a “Fall Clean-Up” pickup by the Highway Department. Leaves do NOT have to be bagged but must be free of stones, rocks and debris. The leaves will not be picked up if piles contain these items. If leaves are bagged a paper biodegradable bag must be used. Brush must be tied in bundles so that one man can handle them and must be no longer than 8 feet and no more than 5 inches in diameter. There will be NO pickup of solid refuse such as refrigerators, stoves, etc.

THERE WILL BE NO ROADSIDE PICK UP OF DEBRIS AFTER
NOVEMBER 24, 2025

THERE WILL BE NO ROADSIDE PICK UP ON LAKESHORE DR, ROUTE 9L OR ROUTE 9N

Leaves and brush can be taken to the Transfer Station, Transfer Rd, Lake George by resident after NOVEMBER 24, 2025
