Cars, cruising and calls. 🏎️📞

Our final large event of the summer season is in the books and it resulted in a packed Lake George. Perfect weather brought big crowds and our crews utilized two ambulances and a utility unit to answer 26 calls for help during Adirondack Nationals Car Show 2026. Thank you Lake George Volunteer Fire Dept. for your partnership and always taking care of our people. Thank you to Queensbury EMS, Warrensburg EMS and Bolton EMS for providing standby coverage multiple times over the past two days. Thank you to Warren County Sheriff's Office NY for getting us to where we need to be and keeping our crews safe.

Congratulations to Lake George CSD on the opening of the new transportation facility! We are here until 2pm at the Community Showcase event and open house. Come and see the new facility and several community organizations that are displaying today.

250 years of freedom 🇺🇸. Lake George⚓. A Saturday celebration🎆. There is nothing like July 4 on the shores of our beautiful lake! Our Department, along with the Warren County Sheriff's Office NY and Lake George Volunteer Fire Dept. are ready to keep our residents and thousands of visitors safe, but due to the expected large crowds, we are getting our message out extra early! Serving in Afghanistan, Benjamin Osborn died a hero on June 15, 2010. His sacrifice will never be forgotten in Lake George, and today’s street naming ceremony will help ensure future generations always see his name.
