Lake Geneva School of Cooking It's More Than A Meal, It's A Culinary Event!

Accompanied by owner and chef, John Bogan, students will learn professional cooking techniques in the school’s Wood-Mode, custom kitchen, which features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Emphasizing culinary essentials, Chef John provides an opportunity for cooking enthusiasts to experience hands-on preparation and dinner demonstrations, which allows them to develop their own creative cooking talents.

Classes will provide the essential training one needs to become a proficient cook without the cost or time commitment of a traditional culinary academy. In addition to daily classes, the school offers catering and corporate team building events, and hosts private parties including: Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Weddings, Book Clubs & more!

Join us for a spectacular evening in our Sunday Vineyard Dinner Series featuring the legendary wines of Hundred Acre — paired with an extraordinary multi-course menu from Chef John.

From Parmigiano popovers and morel mushrooms to crispy duck, braised short rib, rack of lamb stuffed with lobster, and a midnight truffle cake… each course is thoughtfully designed to complement some of Napa Valley’s most coveted bottles.

🏈 Super Bowl Tailgate, Italian Style! 🥖🔥

We brought the heat before the kickoff—with handmade Italian sausage, a legendary Bloody Mary bar, and a kitchen full of tailgating energy.

There was laughter, there were fierce sausage-making skills, and yes… we may have eaten our weight in Bloody Mary bar toppings. 🍅🌶🥓

Kicking off the year with butter in our pans, wine in our glasses, and nothing but good vibes at the Lake Geneva School of Cooking. 💃🍷✨

Chef’s sister gave him a sign that says it best:
“We dance in this kitchen.” And we take that seriously.

New year, same rhythm: more food, more fun, and spontaneous dance breaks between the scallops and the soufflés.
