ETWD was founded in 1960 and serves over 50,000 people in southern Orange County and is a fully integrated water, sewer and recycled water retail operation. A pioneer in Water Recycling, ETWD also built and maintains the El Toro Reservoir, a 275 million gallon storage facility. The mission of the El Toro Water District is to provide its customers a safe, adequate and reliable supply of water and wastewater service in an environmentally and economically responsible way.

Attention Laguna Woods Residents! ETWD's sewer lift station improvement project on Ridge Route Drive is underway. Access between the City of Laguna Woods Dog Park and the parking lot is open but limited to a delineated pathway in front of the pump station. Thank you for your patience during the project. The project will be complete by March 8th, depending on weather conditions. If you have any questions, please call our customer service office at (949) 837-0660.
