As we are gearing up for Back-to-School we are asking the community to contribute school supplies for our little ones returning to school. All donated items will be packed into clear backpacks for local school students. Donations are needed by Wednesday, July 22, 2026 4:00pm!

Our Back-to-School is geared towards Elementary aged children and takes place on Friday, July 24, 2026, starting at 10:00- while supplies last. Bring your children to receive a clear bookbag packed with school essentials and enjoy the refreshments! This event is for Lake City, Coward, Olanta, and Scranton residents!

Last Tuesday, we distributed okra in our produce bag. There are many benefits to having okra in your diet! It’s good for your digestive system and boosted your immune system.

You can eat it raw, fried, baked, or sautéed.
