Thanksgiving 2024 to our Law Enforcement Officers at the Laguna Niguel station at City Hall. This is the fourth year in a row!
Please consider this a small token of our appreciation for your dedicated service to our community in striving to preserve safety, law and order in a place and during a time when it has never been more important to convey that gratitude.
While we at Post 281 of the American Legion (your Post) certainly hope that you enjoy these delicious pies (six apple crisp & six pumpkin maple crunch) that we purchased fresh today for you to enjoy during some down time between calls to duty over the Thanksgiving holidays, please know that we consider this to be simply a tiny gesture in comparison with the gigantic sense of respect, empathy, warmth, pride, wonder, amazement, concern for your well-being, encouragement, honor, assurance, security, community tradition, timeless values and genuine inspiration that each one of you wearing your uniform evokes in us.
Please enjoy!
Sincerely and Respectfully,
3rd Vice Commander
American Legion Post 281
