Summer may be winding down, but the financial strain it can create doesn’t necessarily end when school starts.

Throughout the summer, demand for groceries remained high as families navigated tight budgets, and for many, that financial strain carries into the new school year.

That’s why reliable access to groceries is so important. When families can count on the Pantry for groceries, they don’t have to sacrifice other essential expenses.

Through our Back-to-School Donation Match, when you donate now through September 30, The Cheng Family Foundation will match every donation dollar-for-dollar, up to $20,000.

💥Produce Spotlight: Apples! 💥

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Of course, there's no direct correlation between eating more apples and fewer medical visits. However, apples are packed with nutrients that better long-term health. Apples are a great source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Store your apples in the refrigerator because they will ripen 10 times faster at room temperature.

Apples are one example of the produce that might be in Laguna Food Pantry groceries. 🍎🍏
