Lago Vista Public Library LVPL offers free use of books, magazines, DVDs, audiobooks, ebooks, databases, programs/classes, co LVPL offers many free services to our community.

We are so much more than "just books!" There are free classes, workshops, and youth activities. Groups related to the library use the meeting room for free - book clubs, craft clubs, art clubs, etc. We have computers for use by the public, free wi-fi, and printer/scanner/fax services for a nominal fee. We do have books, and lots of them! as well as e-books and e-audiobooks available through the Ov

erdrive app and your library card number. We strive to be the shining star on our lovely lakeside community. Come on by and see us!

IT IS FINALLY RAINING IN LAGO VISTA! 🌧️🎉

After what feels like the longest dry spell in history, the skies have officially opened up and we are finally getting that beautiful, glorious rain! The air smells amazing, the plants are dancing, and I couldn’t be more excited! Huge shoutout and a massive thank you to Jan and her magical wishing vase!

I don’t know what kind of anti-drought spell you cast into that vase, Jan, but it worked perfectly. You are officially our local rainmaker! Time to turn off the sprinklers, listen to the thunder, and enjoy every single drop.🌧️💧
