The LVPOA Parks Committee invites members to attend the Open House meeting tonight to share ideas, comments, and questions about our POA parks. The meeting will be informal and member-focused, providing an opportunity for open discussion about park use, needs, concerns, and future possibilities.

📢 HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF LVPOA!

We are excited to announce the formation of two new community committees and invite Members to get involved.

🎉 EVENTS COMMITTEE
Help plan and organize community events, celebrations, and gatherings. One of the first projects under consideration is a Winter Trail of Lights.

🏛️ FACILITY USE COMMITTEE
Help develop policies and guidelines for the use of LVPOA facilities, including the K-Oaks Clubhouse, meeting rooms, pavilions, and other shared spaces.

We're seeking:
• 7–10 members for the Events Committee
• Approximately 5 members for the Facility Use Committee

✅ Eligibility:
• Property Owners and/or staff in good standing
• No more than one resident per household may serve on the same committee
• Eligible LVHS students (grades 9–12) may be considered with Board approval

📅 NOMINATION DEADLINE: June 7

To apply, submit:
• Full name
• Property address
• Committee selection
• Responses to committee questions
• Brief statement explaining why you would like to serve

LVPOA Parks Open House Meetings

The LVPOA Parks Committee invites members to attend one of two Open House meetings in June to share ideas, comments, and questions about our POA parks.

Each meeting will begin with a brief welcome and overview of the purpose of the Open House. The remainder of the meeting will be informal and member-focused, providing an opportunity for open discussion about park use, needs, concerns, and future possibilities.

Members are encouraged to attend the meeting that is most convenient for them.

Light refreshments and water will be available.

Parks, Trails, The Lake, courts/fields, fitness centers, campground, swimming pool, boat ramps, fishing well, disc golf, outdoor workout space, and don't forget the amazing scenery!
