Every neighbor deserves access to nourishing food, yet too many working families still have to choose between paying bills and filling the fridge.

Today, we honor everyone in our community who works hard every single day, and we stand alongside those who are still struggling to make ends meet. Coal Creek Meals on Wheels is here to help bridge that gap, ensuring that no neighbor has to worry about where their next meal is coming from.

We are deeply grateful to our amazing staff, dedicated volunteers, and generous supporters who make this work possible. We couldn’t do this without you 💙

20,000 meals. That's what our first-ever Prom made possible this past Friday 💛

We still can't quite believe it. Together, our community raised over $100,000 for our neighbors across Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, Superior, and the Carbon Valley. That's 20,000 times a neighbor won't have to wonder where their next meal is coming from, and 20,000 moments where they'll feel seen, cared for, and remembered.

It was a night full of laughter, connection, celebration, and so much more than we could have ever imagined. Our hearts are so full.

However you were part of this, buying a ticket, giving a gift, sharing a post, cheering us on, or simply believing in this mission, thank you. Every bit of it added up to something extraordinary. We couldn't have done this without you.

For months, our first-ever Prom was something we could only imagine, plans in documents, back-and-forth texts and emails, and a lot of "do you think people will actually come?" This past Friday, we got to see it come to life, and it raised over $100,000 for our neighbors.
