We will be at the Jockey Lot in Lafayette this weekend, selling our goods: Pies, Pralines, Popcorn Balls, Syrup Cakes, Cracklin, Crafts, Jewelry and much more. Come and check out our Montgomery-Broussard Family Booth. So sorry about the festival, we were so looking forward to it

On Saturday, October 24, 2015, Grand Coteau, LA will hold its 4th Annual Sweet Dough Pie Festival. The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m on the green grounds of St. Charles Catholic Church, 174 Church St. 70541. The Montgomery-Broussard Family will have a booth selling their homemade goods. The event will celebrate the unique culture and history of Grand Coteau and will include a sweet dough pie contest, guest speakers, arts and crafts vendors and music.
Come out, support & enjoy the fun!!!

Hello Montgomery-Broussard Family,
Our 2015 Family Reunion is scheduled for July 31, August 1 & 2, 2015.

We still need about $7000 to cover all expenses.

If you haven't paid your Reunion Fees, please do so as soon as possible.

The Committee has plans to collect $3000 in Family Fees and $3000 in fundraising.

Please attend the conference call tonight. We will discuss and finalize plans for our first fundraiser, a PO-Boy sale.

Hello Family,
The Family Reunion Committee scheduled and began planning our 2014 Family Reunion way back in November, 2012. We sent out notifications as early as May 2013.
We sent out Save Date Cards,Registration forms along with Invitations, all in 2013. We were expecting to collect all the fees needed early enough (Jan 31, 2014 deadline) to pay for everything needed for the event. By, February-March of this year, the response and payment of fees was so little, we decided to start doing some fund raisers to help with some of the expenses. The Committee consist of about 15-20 people who plan these fundraisers and volunteer their time to work each of them in hopes of raising enough to at least have monies for deposits needed, etc.
We are now 10 weeks away and have not raised enough money and have only collected 30% of the fees. So, it is with our deepest regret to announce that we must Postpone our 2014 Family Reunion.
We've voted on rescheduling the reunion for July 31, August 1 & 2, 2015
We are hoping to use the additional time to try to collect the fees needed.
If you have not paid your fee and plan to attend the Family Reunion, you need to do so as soon as possible so we can continue to plan the Reunion for 2015.

Hello Family,
We scheduled and began planning our 2014 Family Reunion
The Family Reunion Committee
It is with our deepest regret. would like to announce the Postponement of our 2014 Family Reunion.
As of May 18, 2014, we have not been able to collect the necessary fees and registration needed to proceed with our plans. We are 10 weeks away from the event and we've collected less then 30% of the fees.
We've voted on rescheduling the reunion for July 31, August 1 & 2, 2015
We are hoping to use thetime to try to collect the additional fees
