The Honeybee Event will be this Friday and Saturday night and we wanted to pass along some alternate routes to be able to safely navigate around the event.

All of North Main Street (highlighted in red) and side streets will be closed between the Food City Parking lot and West Main Street starting at 5:00 pm on Friday May 29, 2026 until Sunday May 31, 2026 at 8:00 am. You can use Cherokee Street and Duke Street (highlighted in yellow)to get around this road closure.

On Saturday night starting at 4:00 pm, Cherokee Street will be closed from the Food City parking lot entrance to Simmons Street until 12:00 am. Culberson Street will also be closed from Cherokee Street to Oak Street during this same time frame (highlighted in orange).

Please plan ahead to take alternate routes for these two nights! Thank you for your cooperation and we can’t wait to see you there!

Today we honor the men and women who sacrificed their lives for our country. We also stand with their families because they too made that ultimate sacrifice. Take a moment to reflect on these sacrifices and be thankful for the freedoms we have because of them!
